Alteo is looking for a SOC & Compliance Analyst for a permanent position based in Montreal.
Your primary role will be to contribute to the organization’s IT security. You will respond to cybersecurity incidents and participate in the continuous improvement of detection and prevention methods, ensuring compliance with standards, technical requirements, and contractual SLAs.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the detection of and response to cybersecurity attacks with the aim of mitigating risks
- Contribute to the analysis and investigation of alerts escalated by the SOC
- Contribute to the development of proposals and incident responses in coordination with the relevant entities
- Contribute to the day-to-day operations of the SOC to ensure its performance
- Contribute to the setup and configuration of the SOC
- Contribute to reporting and periodic dashboards for monitoring SOC activities
- Contribute to ensuring that processes and systems comply with standard security norms to manage risks
- Contribute to compliance audits against standard norms
- Contribute to the distribution of documents, procedures, and tools related to compliance with standard norms
- Contribute to the development of procedures for monitoring and controlling compliance
Profile:
- DEC/BAC in IT or equivalent
- 3-5+ years' experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with the electronic payment industry (an asset)
- Network protocols
