Alteo is seeking a NetSuite Specialist for a permanent position based in Montreal.
*** Hybrid work: 4 days in the office / 1 day remote ***
Within a fast-growing SME, you will play a key role by becoming the technical leader of a recently implemented NetSuite environment. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by taking charge of various aspects of the platform (system and process optimization, reporting, EDI management, etc.) to help it evolve in support of the company’s growth.
Responsibilities:
> NetSuite Optimization
- Take charge of and manage the NetSuite ERP platform after go-live
- Ensure system performance, stability, and data integrity
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements
> Reporting & Data Analysis
- Design and maintain saved searches, dashboards, and custom reports
- Improve data visibility to support operational and strategic decision-making
- Ensure data consistency and accuracy across different systems
> Business Systems Analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders in finance, operations, and the supply chain
- Gather requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
> Integrations & EDI Management
- Monitor and support integrations between NetSuite and external platforms
- Oversee EDI processes and data exchanges with distribution partners
- Identify and resolve integration issues to ensure a reliable data flow
- Support middleware/iPaaS tools (e.g., Workato or equivalent)
> Support and Continuous Development
- Provide daily support to users and resolve issues
- Contribute to light-weight development/customizations (e.g., SuiteScript or similar)
- Keep documentation up to date and participate in user training and adoption
Profile:
- College diploma / Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT
- 3+ years of experience with NetSuite
- Solid hands-on expertise in NetSuite (configuration, workflows, reporting)
- Support experience in a production NetSuite environment
- Proficiency in EDI systems and integrations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communicator with natural leadership skills

Assets
- Experience with middleware/iPaaS tools (e.g., Workato or equivalent)
- Knowledge of SuiteScript or custom NetSuite development
- Experience in the distribution, consumer goods, or retail sectors
- Experience supporting order management, inventory, or supply chain processes
