Alteo is looking for a .Net Developer for a permanent position based in Montreal.
*** Hybrid work: 2 days in the office/week ***
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the analysis and development of our software platform (Windows and Cloud).
- Improve existing applications and take responsibility for their maintenance.
- Participate as part of a team in recommending solutions and new technologies to improve platforms (framework, tools, etc.).
- Work closely with the business analyst, QA analyst, other developers, and the training and support team.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Implement various features.
- Support the implementation and training team in bug fixes and data transfer.
Profile:
- DEC/BAC in IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in programming languages (C#, SQL, Winform, WPF).
- Good knowledge of SQL databases (SQL Server).
- Knowledge of various web frameworks, including ASP.Net/MVC.
- Knowledge of AJAX, REST, JSON, and SOAP (an asset).
- Knowledge of the Azure and/or AWS environment (an asset).
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Rigorous, quality-oriented.
- Resourceful, proactive, versatile.
- Team player, positive attitude.
