• Analyze needs in the context of developing a digital transformation plan
• Contribute to the revision and implementation of the digital transformation plan
• Participate in the implementation of government cybersecurity measures
• Recommend best practices to optimize infrastructure
• Evaluate administrative software
• Propose innovative techno-pedagogical solutions
• Advise staff on the use of IT solutions
• Collaborate in the development of technological training courses
• Review institutional policies
• Meet with internal clients, analyze their needs and advise them on available technological solutions.
• Perform preliminary and detailed analyses of requests
• Conceptualize the business need and model the process
• Identify forecast requirements to maintain capacity and smooth operation of IT services
• Participate in the development and implementation of IT project portfolios, including trials and proofs of concept
• Evaluate the human, financial, material and information resources required.
• Monitor and improve existing services and implement new functionalities and services
• Draw up a work plan and monitor the execution of work in collaboration with stakeholders
• Design and develop the documentation required to operate information resources

Profile:

• BAC in IT or equivalent
• Certificate in Cybersecurity (asset)
• 5-10 years' experience as an IT Analyst
• Experience and/or strong interest in the field of IT security
• IT generalist: good knowledge of infrastructures, web development, IT industry norms and standards
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
• Excellent ability to write documentation and analysis reports in French
• Interpersonal skills, ability to establish good relations with internal customers at all levels of the organization
• Dynamic, pro-active, with a sense of ownership
• Team player with collaborative leadership
• Fluency in spoken and written French.
