Alteo is looking for an Implementation/Training Specialist for a permanent position based in Montreal.
*** Hybrid work: 2 days in the office/week ***
Responsibilities:
- Support new clients in integrating our software platform, from initial installation to full deployment.
- Adapt configurations according to each client's needs and workflows.
- Provide remote and in-person training to client teams on all the features of our software platform.
- Plan remote training activities (new client training and ongoing training).
- Participate in software data conversion for clients migrating to our solution.
- Participate in the development of internal and external training tools.
- Respond to user service calls (telephone and email) and handle all requests (support, information, training, technical problem solving).
- Assess the level of urgency and prioritize requests.
- Provide effective solutions, communicate them, and document them in the service call software (ticket system).
- Take any action that may contribute to the continuous improvement of the software, work processes, and teamwork.
- Conduct personalized demonstrations based on customer challenges and objectives.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities and ensure follow-up.
- Act as an advisor to customers and build lasting relationships of trust.
- Contribute to customer acquisition by presenting our software to future users on-site or remotely.
Profile:
- DEC/BAC in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in training/technical support/sales.
- Experience in software implementation, sales, or customer service.
- Comfortable with cloud-based tools and able to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Available for occasional travel for on-site training or events.
- Must have a car and a valid driver's license.
- Must be courteous, independent, thorough, versatile, and organized.
- Interpersonal skills, patience, customer service and problem-solving orientation.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team; ability to learn quickly in a constantly changing environment (technological and human).
- Experience in software implementation (an asset).
- Experience in retail, business management, and project management (an asset).
- Experience with ITIL practices: incident management, problem management, change management, release management, and configuration management (an asset).
- Knowledge of training structures and methodologies (an asset).
