Alteo is looking for an ERP Business Analyst for a permanent job based in Montreal.

Responsibilities:
- Implementation and support of SYSPRO ERP solutions including software installation, business process assessment and module configuration, form and report design, data conversion, end-user training, and project launch
- Further improvements or training for existing customers
- Data management using basic MS SQL Server skills
Profile:
- DEC/BAC in IT or equivalent
- 2–5+ years of experience in ERP implementation or support
- Experience in system integrations, data migration, and customizations
- Familiarity with project lifecycles (SDLC,Agile/Waterfall) (asset)
- Basic knowledge of programming languages: Java, ABAP, SQL, Python, C#, or JavaScript (understanding and ability to write SQL code snippets)
- Database management: Proficiency in SQL Server, Oracle DB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of ERP platforms such as: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Odoo, Syspro, SAGE 300 + etc.
- Understanding of APIs, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and integration tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Azure Logic Apps. (asset)
- Knowledge of Reporting & BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, Crystal Reports, or ERP-native tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Good communication skills to work with functional teams, clients, and end-users
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks
- Willingness to learn continuously as ERP systems evolve
