Alteo is looking for an IT Technician for a permanent position based in Dorval.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and configure equipment to be deployed to projects
- Provide level 1 and 2 technical support to users
- Configure and deploy new workstations
- Update software and hardware
- Participate in team projects as needed
- Document processes and tickets assiduously
- Actively participate, through attitude and behavior, in developing and maintaining a respectful, harmonious and stimulating work atmosphere for all
- Collaborate with all colleagues and promote teamwork;
- Carry out his/her work with rigor and integrity
- Carry out tasks and responsibilities efficiently
Profile :
- AEC/DEC in IT or equivalent
- 2-3 years experience as an IT Technician
- Knowledge of IT environments such as VPN, Microsoft Windows, Win, Firewall, Linux, Active Directory, Office 365 and 365 administration console;
- Knowledge of SQL (an asset)
- Relational skills, customer service orientation
- Autonomous, organized and good analytical skills
- Able to travel on occasion
- Demonstrate discretion
- Good sense of adaptation in a changing environment
- Ability and flexibility to manage several files simultaneously (versatility, initiative, priority management and analytical skills)
